Vinu Kumar
Vinu is an Australian Legal Practitioner. Before transitioning as a lawyer, Vinu started his career as a manufacturing engineer and further managed large businesses as a senior commercial and contracts manager. Vinu completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Master of Commercial law from Australian Universities.
At FCL Lawyers, Vinu provides his expertise to our clients in commercialising their technical projects, legal advice for contractual matters and working with clients from the concept stage to preparing legally binding documents.
He helps clients foresee and mitigate risks and potential liabilities in contractual documents. In addition, Vinu also deals with family matters; his life experience and calm and composed nature give our clients an added advantage when dealing with their difficult situations.
Vinu’s expertise also spans Tender submission, terms and conditions review, handling commercial contracts, leasing and subleasing arrangements, contract negotiations, wills and probate, conveyancing and property matters, and intellectual property, including trademark registration.

Pallini Rudra
Pallini is a dual qualified Lawyer in Australia and India.
She was admitted to legal practice in Victoria, Australia in April 2020, and since then, she has been handling a wide range of family law matters. Her experience encompasses divorce matters, parenting disputes, property settlements, binding financial agreements, consent orders, intervention orders, summary offences and aspects of civil disputes. She is also well versed with certain areas of migration law.
She has managed hearings of various natures in the Federal and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrate’s Court such as Mention, Direction, Interim Defended, and appeared in mediations for property, parenting and Fair works matters.
Pallini is fluent in English and Hindi, and she understands Punjabi, enabling her to communicate and connect with clients who prefer to converse in their native languages.
Pallini has a degree in Master of Laws (specialized in Intellectual Property Rights) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia; a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre of Law where she was an Awardee of the ‘Super Legal Advocacy Award 2019’. She is a qualified Maritime Lawyer with a degree in Post Graduate Diploma in Maritime Law from London Metropolitan University, U.K.
Pallini holds professional experience in the area of Intellectual Property Law, particularly Trademarks in India. Pallini is a trained Indian classical and jazz dancer and outside of her professional life she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and exploring new places!

Shavi
Shavi completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the United Kingdom and a Master of Commerce from an Australian University. Shavi started his career as a Fraud Analyst and a Lawyer in several Australian companies and firms. At FCL Lawyers, Shavi provides his expertise to our clients in Employment, Debt recoveries, Wills and probates, Immigration, commercial and other civil legal advice for different matters. Shavi speaks fluent English and Sinhalese.

Thara is an Australian Legal practitioner specialising in Migration law for the last Ten (10 years). After completing her Law degree from India and Australia she has served a plethora of individual and corporate clients in their Australian Migration needs.
Thara is the Principal Lawyer and Co- founder of Flyworld Immigration and Legal Services in Australia and Flyworld Migration and Education Services LLC in Dubai. Prior to joining Flyworld group of companies, she practised Migration law in number of law firms which includes National law firms in Australia.
